Best pizza in Louisiana, staff is very friendly and pizza is priced well, I recommend the buffet if your not looking to spend as much, definitely better than any major chain place.

Just received our pizzas. Pepperoni was fine but the cheese that was supposed to have extra sauce and cheese was bad. No extra sauce or cheese and it was so hard I couldn’t bite it. Hard as a rock. First bad pizza that I have ever gotten from Johnnys.

took almost 2 hours to have my pizza delivered when i stay literally 5 mins away from restaurant. food finally showed up and is freezing cold. definitely not satisfied.

This place can be slow but they make a good quality product. I would have rather the guy up front was honest with me and told me that my online order wasn't started before I arrived here. But they have done better by me other times and blown me away enough to earn more stars. Honesty is the best policy guys.At this point they had 3 stars. But I've been waiting here for way too long now, about half and hour with no pizza.

good pizza, but takes forever plus when I asked about my order it was sitting there and two employees were just talking and laughing like then finally handed me my order. I will for sure go back but would love to know when my order is ready.

Well I love my family and I love the pizza but the last couple of times the thin crust my husband and I use to get its like someone took it out the oven way too soon. It's almost doughy I have to put the pizza in my oven so it would be crispy.

I’ve tried ordering delivery for the second and last time. My pizza was an hour late last time. Tried giving them another chance. My pizza is now 50 mins late. Tried to call and check status. Can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. This is beyond ridiculous!

Johnny's pizza is just in a class of its own. Don't take my word for it. Try it! If you visit the one on Colquitt Road in Shreveport be prepared for a short wait. This place is popular, but worth it because they make a great pizza.

Few of the pizzas were hot and this is the 3rd buffet trip where we didn't get dessert because they do not replace it once it's gone. Pizzas were mediocre only because they were cold. Overall okay and would return for a decently cheap lunch. Cicis is a better buffet option.

Would be perfect if they used fresh mushrooms instead of canned!

Don't order online. Be sure to check your order before you leave if you pick it up. It will probably be wrong, and you will have to wait another hour to get the correct one. It might be better to order pizza somewhere else.

We frequent this location about 2 times a week. Usually its great. We went in Thursday for lunch as usual because we work nearby at uhaul. It was crazy! The buffet had no breadsticks the entire time we were there. We waited for hot pizza that didn't come out until we walked out the door. So we had cold gross pizza & no bread sticks! We were a little late back from our 1 hour lunch break because we thought hot pizza & bread was coming. I'm a big guy. So it almost makes me think they waited til we was leaving cause they thought I was going to eat all their fresh stuff up! We're so disappointed & a little offended. They've got to know who we are! We're in there all the time! You'd think they'd stay on top of the buffet for loyal customers, but I guess not. I had no time to complain, but I hope to hear from someone about this incident

Called order in paid and they knew I was there in line. Stayed in line over an hour, finally got my pizza ot was cold not even warm. Went back with cold pizza they made a new one.. it was hot but had no taste. This is not how our pizza usually comes or tastes. Tasteless last two times so this is the last time we order there. We have been ordering last 25 years from them but never again!

Best dipping sauce in Shreveport! Great pizza, intimate atmosphere, & outstanding customer service! This location has a great staff! The dining areas are clean and the food is fresh. I ordered a small pizza and plain wings. Johnny's small pizza is actually big enough for two people. Their pizza crust is not to thick or to thin. The crust is crispy on the ends. I love it! The wings were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Sometimes, the wings at other pizza places can be too hard to enjoy if you don't get any sauce. However, Johnny's is not like that. So, if you have sensitive teeth you can still enjoy their plain wings. The dipping sauce tasted like a combo of ranch and blue cheese combined. Oh me oh my mmm, GOOD!

Horrible. We order our food almost 2 hours ago and have called twice and I have been told twice that it is out for delivery. I only live 10 mins away. And too add: We received HALF our order 2 hours 20 later. The other half of our missing food just arrived 15 mins after talking to manager for the 3rd time. NEVER AGAIN.

My favorite pizza is the Maui Wowie, OMG...

Don't know exactly what happened with my order took a very long time to get it when it got it was not completely done.

Almost all the tables hadnt been cleaned off and the salad bar was old looking

I ordered the Pepperoni Power Pizza, traditional buffalo wings and bread sticks.... the pizza was decent the wings were good just very tiny in size, the bread sticks were very bland and lacked flavor ... overall it was okay nothing to write home about .

Too crowded too under staffed some of the staff act like they didnt have a clue what to do. The muffaletta pizza was not what I was expecting.

I love Johnny's, I have lived all over the United States but Johnny's remains my favorite pizza place.

My Son and I have been coming here for a little over a year now and he was very disappointed that the Claw machines were taken out. He is 4yr old and looked forward to Pizza nights again at Johnny's Pizza House. Pizza is FANTASTIC though!

I love going to this place whenever I’m in Shreveport. The famous “Sweep the Kitchen” is the thing to go for if you like EVERYTHING on your pizza!

Great food friendly service

In town for Thanksgiving and was looking forward to a Johnnys pizza for dinner. Was told I could only pay with cash. Well, I dont have any cash so having to order from somewhere else. Very disappointing.

I never had a problem with or at Johnnys Pizza until my last visit and observed employees making pizzas without wearing gloves, and I know you can because I observe employees at other pizza places wearing them😲

Every time I come for the buffet there is no pepperoni pizza. 12 pizzas and every one has green stuff or onions. I don't understand why they can't have a balance between meat pizzas and green onion covered pizza. I guess I will start going to Cicis.
